Crime Watch Info & Important Numbers
Crime Watch
Important tips include:
Lock your cars and homes (recent incidents indicate no glass breakage in at least 29 cases - they just opened the door and took what they wanted)
Light your homes well (Don't give burglars a place to hide. They will bypass a well-lit home)
Drive a different way each day, note unusual or out of place vehicles, and report them to the numbers that follow. (Dorch. County Sherriff's dept for Savannah Round area, and Summerville PD for Essex area)

Pool Info:
Pool is now closed for the season.
Pool Hours: 8am to 9pm, 6 days a week, closed Tuesdays for maintenance
More Info: Pool memberships currently only open to Irongate residents. membership remains $150 per household.**

** there will be a $10 refundable fee for all pool keys.

Meeting Info
Our Annual Homeowner's meeting will be on
Tuesday October 19th at 7pm at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church
(720 Old Trolley Rd).
We will be having our elections for the Board of Directors
and will be voting on the 2011 budget. You can request a proxy ballot to be mailed in to the Association's PO box postdated no later than October 16th. NO PROXIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE MEETING ON OCTOBER 19th.
Please plan to attend!

Community Yard Sale
Saturday April 17th from 7am to 2pm
A sign will be posted at the front gate and it will be advertised in the paper. You may post a sign at the corner of your block if you are not on a main thoroughfare.
Individual signs posted at the main gates on Trolley Road will be removed.
Please help us get the word out!
